The dashboard section is the main tab with the most relevant information, like a recent campaign, reports, subscription plan’s balance, subscriber growth, and other beneficial information. Basically, dashboard section holds useful shortcuts or widgets from all over the system.
Though, in the beginning, dashboard will look differently – it hold have walkthrough checks. You will be guided through the starting process.
The primary dashboard version will appear after the walkthrough step is carried out.
Alright, let’s start from the essentials
Your last campaign and its performance graph will appear in the first section, just below the “Last sent campaign” title. It’s a handy shortcut that makes navigation more straightforwardly. Reports shortcut is also present. Click “View report” to see campaign’s performance.
Let’s continue with two blocks below:
- Your subscribers’ tablet will show the performance of recent campaign, basically how many subscribers lose: bounced and unsubscribed recipients.
- Your plan will show the subscription plan’s balance. Therefore you will always be aware of the remaining value and subscription counters.
The following section is called “Subscriber growth,” as the name suggests, here you will see the growth of your subscribers base. The graph will show how much subscribers you gained each month.
The last section is called “Become an expert”. Here you will find all useful video guides and tutorials on different features.
