The dashboard section is the main tab with the most relevant information, e.g., the most recent campaign, reports, subscription plan balance, subscriber growth, and other beneficial information. Basically, the dashboard section holds useful shortcuts or widgets from all over the system.
Though, in the very beginning, the dashboard will look differently. It will have the walkthrough checklist that will guide you through the starting process.
The primary dashboard version will appear after the walkthrough steps are all fully carried out.
Let’s start from the essentials
Your last Email campaign and its performance graph will appear in the first section. Here you will also find your last sent SMS campaign. It’s a handy shortcut that makes navigation more straightforward. Reports shortcut is also present. Click “View report” to see the campaign’s performance.
Let’s continue with the two blocks below:
Your subscribers’ tablet will show the performance of recent campaign, basically how many subscribers lose: bounced and unsubscribed recipients.
Your plan will show the subscription plan’s balance. Therefore you will always be aware of the remaining value and subscription counters.
The following section is called “Subscriber growth,” as the name suggests, here you will see the growth of your subscribers base. The graph will show how many subscribers you gain each month.
The last section is called “Learn”. Here you will find all helpful video guides and tutorials on different features.
That’s it!
