It’s one of the ways to attach additional information to the subscriber, such as name, surname, location, etc. Custom fields are usually imported with recipients’ email addresses, although field can be attached later on the system.
Fields can be created and managed in the “Fields” tab.
Let’s continue by clicking the “Create new field” button.
Next, you will need to enter the field’s name and select a type:
- Text ( alphabets and numbers)
- Date ( 2020-02-20 00:00:00 format)
- Number ( only numbers )
When you create an additional custom field – subscribers will gain new custom fields that can receive input.
Now, open the subscribers section and click on the “Toggle columns” button, and select custom fields that should be presented. In this case, the “New field” is selected.
