An automated abandoned cart email can be created using our template ‘Abandoned Cart’ from the ‘Automation’ section. In order to send the abandoned cart email the trigger, ‘A cart is abandoned’ must be chosen. Next, we suggest adding a delay before sending an email. Then the chosen template can be customized and will be sent after the trigger’s invocation. Also, the workflow must be activated to process the activity – otherwise it won’t work. For a more customized approach, a good idea would be to choose ‘Abandoned Cart Series’ template.
